The festival takes place on Saturday 13th June 2026 in the Hat District (Bute Street & Guilford Street), in the centre of Luton. What Three Words: ///sang.button.lame
The site will be open for set up from 9am.
We ask that traders are set up by 12pm.
The Pride in Luton Festival kicks off at 1pm.
We ask that traders are set up until at least 7pm.
The pitch fee for trading at The Pride in Luton Festival 2026 is £125.
Stalls will be located outside, on Bute Street and Guilford Street. Final stall locations will be communicated closer to the event.
Due to the nature of the event no vehicle access movements will be allowed between 12pm and 10pm for public safety. Vehicles can access the site before and after these times. The site is a short walk from from nearby roads outside of the event road closure.
There is no parking available within the festival site. There is parking available in the Mall multi story carpark, the library car park and limited parking available within a carpark on Silver Street. Sat Nav users should use the postcodes LU1 2JX for Market Car Park, LU1 2HN for Central Car Park and LU1 2NG for Library Car Park.
Yes you will need to bring all your own equipment. The Pride in Luton Frestival 2026 is an outdoor event and as such we recommend bringing a gazebo. Pride in Luton cannot supply gazebos, tables, chairs, or stall structures. All gazebos must be adequately weighted to ensure safety in windy conditions.
No. Pride in Luton can not provide power to stall holders. Battery powered equipment is recommend if you need electricity. Please note:

Yes you will need a Street Trading Licence. Pride in Luton will supply all the paperwork that needs to be completed. Once completed Pride in Luton will handle all licence applications on your behalf. The fee for this licence (£50) is included in the pitch fee.
You will need to supply a completed Occasional Street Trading Licence application and all supporting documents, an in date Public Liability Insurance certificate, and a risk assessment.
The deadline for applications is Friday 17th April 2026. This is to allow enough time to process all paperwork.
